WHAT IS MICROBLADING

Microblading is a semi-permanent makeup technique used to perfect the shape and style of your brows by painting look-like hairs to the brow area. Ideal for clients with dry to normal skin.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

It involves the use of a manual handheld tool with fine blades to create hair-like strokes in the brow. This method deposits pigment into the skin’s superficial layers, resulting in natural-looking, fuller eyebrows.

  • Natural Appearance: Microblading looks like individual hairs, blending seamlessly with existing brow hairs.
  • Customization: The shape, thickness, and color of the brows can be customized based on the client’s preferences, face shape, and skin tone.
  • Long Lasting Results: Results typically last between 12 to 24 months, after which a touch-up may be needed to maintain the look. The longevity depends on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare (caring for your brows after the procedure).
  • Convenience: This technique can give clients the convenience of low-maintenance brows while enhancing their overall appearance, making it an attractive option for those seeking a natural yet polished look
The Microblading process typically takes about 3 to 4 hours from start to finish. This includes the initial consultation, where the technician will discuss your desired brow shape and color, the mapping of the shape, the preparation of the skin and the actual application of the pigment.
After the initial treatment, a follow-up session is usually scheduled about 6 to 8 weeks later, which takes about 2.5 hours. This session is for touch-ups to refine the shape and color and fill any areas where pigment may not have settled.
Overall, you should expect to spend a few hours for the initial procedure and a shorter time for the follow-up, making it a manageable commitment for beautifully enhanced brows!
Microblading: Generally lasts 1 to 2 years or more, depending on skin type and care.
Although everyone can benefit from fuller brows, the treatment is suitable for:
  1. Clients who want a natural enhancement
  2. Clients with no brow hair, sparse, thin, or uneven eyebrows
  3. Clients with brow hairs that grow in different directions
  4. Clients with curly thick brow hairs
  5. Clients with coarse brow hairs
  6. Clients were looking for a low-maintenance solution to their eyebrow routine, saving time on daily makeup application.
  1. Pain and Discomfort: A topical numbing cream is applied before the procedure, minimizing discomfort. Clients might experience slight discomfort during the process, but it’s generally well-tolerated.
  2. Healing Process: Post-treatment, the brows will be darker for the first few days before fading into their final color. There may be some slight scabbing as the skin heals, and it’s important to avoid picking at the area.
  3. Aftercare: Clients need to follow strict aftercare guidelines, including avoiding water, makeup, and sweating on the brow area for about 10-14 days. Proper care ensures the pigment sets well and reduces the risk of infection.
