My experience at Cincinnati Permanent Make up was wonderful. The Salon is bright, clean, and very comfortable. The artists' are thorough in the explanation of the procedures and options available to you, and take their time with you so their are no uncertainties. The level of expertise in their craft is telling by the fantastic results.!

My case was a bit more involved, due to the fading of a previous procedure so they had to neutralize the color of any remaining pigment rom previous work, before beginning my current procedure.
